Payment Lead Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Lead Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payment application functions and support Payment Posters with training and questions
• Research and clear Unapplied Accounts and index TBI documents in the imaging cash file cabinet
• Review daily Unidentified Cash Report and prioritize resources for effective cash management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related experience, with payment posting experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Tenet systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong math and analytical skills
