Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit client data to generate recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulations
• Utilize audit tools and Microsoft Excel to identify over and under-payments of claims
• Participate in onboarding and cross-training efforts while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience with Medicaid Claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases
