Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare or relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with EPIC or other electronic health record systems preferred
• Understanding of medical insurance processes and terminology
• Proficient in remote work technology and troubleshooting basic issues
