A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative specializing in Healthcare Billing and Collections for PRN Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
• Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements as needed
• Research and resolve patient complaints and inquiries, documenting all actions taken

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of collection, customer service, or business office experience
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including billing and collections
• Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines
