Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit empathy and provide excellent customer service while scheduling appointments and procedures
• Verify patient information and document in Electronic Health Records (EPIC)
• Coordinate patient appointments and prepare necessary documentation accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of receptionist experience in a medical office
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• EMR/EPIC experience (preferred)
