Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ACM Nursing staff and assists with discharge planning
• Handles data entry for admissions, discharges, and authorizations for ACM programs
• Maintains filing systems and processes system reports as required

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of work experience in a medical back office or medical field
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with computers and Windows-based programs
