Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor responsible for supervising and leading Patient Account Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of Patient Account Representatives, including performance management and A/R management
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans
  • Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
  • Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
