Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced services including billing support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests in a timely manner
• Establish expertise in payer trends and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of related experience in customer service, medical billing, or healthcare
• Prior experience in oncology, pharmacy, or medical coding is highly preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician licensure/experience preferred but not required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
