Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide billing, coding support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking
• Engage with manufacturer representatives and coordinate services with field reimbursement teams
• Analyze and resolve reimbursement trends and customer requests while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year associate's degree preferred
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field required
• Broad training in business administration, medical billing, or customer service
• Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical claims preferred
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision
