Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner-facing meetings and customize presentation materials using Salesforce data
• Manage partner portal operations, ensuring accurate reporting and maintenance of user guides
• Oversee new partner onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in higher education, partnerships, operations, or related roles
• Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, including Salesforce and project management software
• Ability to work remotely full-time and adjust to US time zones
• Experience with data reporting tools and strong organizational skills
