Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on the management of litigation, disputes, and investigations from inception to resolution
• Conduct and analyze complex research, including applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with discovery processes and maintain electronic matter management systems

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years of complex civil litigation paralegal experience (Preferred)
• American Bar Association (ABA) Paralegal Certificate (Preferred)
• Project Management Certification (Preferred)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
