Paid Social Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Social Manager to oversee paid social and display programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop quarterly channel roadmaps, audience frameworks, and testing calendars aligned with company goals
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to enhance ROAS and CAC
  • Conduct weekly pacing, post-campaign analyses, and attribution modeling
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience managing paid social display campaigns in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments
  • Proven success in achieving ROAS/CAC targets on Meta and at least one other platform (TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo)
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign structures, tracking, and creative best practices
  • Ability to manage end-to-end workflows with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
