A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module
• Ensure seamless integration of HCM elements, including payroll and employee data management
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate system functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module and HCM processes
• Proven track record in HR Technology project leadership within an Oracle HCM environment
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing recommendations for system enhancements
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience in maintaining documentation and training materials for user adoption
