Oracle DBA Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle DBA Manager to lead a team of Database Administrators in supporting and optimizing Oracle database environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Oracle DBAs, providing coaching and performance management
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database systems
• Ensure database availability, integrity, security, and performance across various environments

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle database administration
• 2-3 years in a leadership or management role
• Expert knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, RMAN, and Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX and best practices for security
