Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support their small business program with OG&E Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project pipeline activities including customer and trade ally follow-up and project approval processing
• Conduct thorough QAQC analysis and maintain accurate program data for reporting and tracking
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, goal setting, and provide training and support to trade allies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM
• Experience with Energy Efficiency Programs or knowledge of Lighting/HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus
• Ability to manage large amounts of data, emails, and documentation effectively
• Must reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
