Operations Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign workflows across HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to improve efficiency
• Define and track operational KPIs and utilize continuous improvement methodologies for performance gains
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance automation and streamline processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
• Hands-on experience with shared services teams such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Skilled in process mapping and data analysis tools, with familiarity in CRMs and workflow tools
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred
