Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support Human Resources Shared Services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review reports and systems to manage new hires through onboarding processes
• Assist applicants in completing Form I9 documentation within Workday
• Triage Service Now case management system related to I9 questions and support reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of operations experience
• Experience in service and operations delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
• Proficient in spreadsheet and database software
