A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator who is detail-oriented and service-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance of disclosure packages throughout the loan lifecycle
• Coordinate with Loan Coordinators and processing teams on timelines and escalations
• Assist with loan setup and support underwriting during peak volumes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or operational support
• Experience in a customer service-focused financial or lending setting preferred
• Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and ECOA guidelines is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination/processing systems
