Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Configuration and Integration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, load, test, and maintain configurable tables and files for claim adjudication
• Assist in developing and executing testing scenarios and perform unit and end-user testing for configuration changes
• Identify opportunities for system solutions to enhance claims processing and resolve configuration-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience in a managed care environment
• Minimum two to three years of experience in an automated medical claims environment
• Minimum one to two years of experience in systems logic and testing
• Experience in a managed care/multiple product environment is desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of claims adjudication rules and related software packages is preferred
