Key Responsibilities

• Consult with faculty and subject matter experts on instructional materials and technology integration for online and hybrid courses
• Develop curricula and build online and hybrid courses within the learning management system (LMS)
• Assess instructional delivery and effectiveness, recommending improvements for online and hybrid programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in higher education
• Experience in instructional design and technology integration
• Ability to develop and assess instructional materials for diverse learners
• Experience with online and hybrid pedagogy
