A company is looking for an Online Grading Assistant to support instructors in evaluating student performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist primary instructor with grading weekly discussion questions and participation
• Provide written feedback according to the primary instructor's guidelines
• Monitor discussion forum posts and record relevant data to aid in assessing student progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Psychology, Rhetoric, Education, or Communications
• Completion of sufficient courses in the relevant discipline with a grade of B or higher
