Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly meticulous and self-motivated Online Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various digital platforms and internal systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software systems
• Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct any discrepancies
• Maintain digital records and filing systems in accordance with company policies
• Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar clerical roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• High typing speed with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database tools
• Understanding of data privacy standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Compensation:
• Rate: Competitive hourly rate or salary $18–$29/hr
• Hours: Flexible scheduling; availability for full-time or part-time
