Compensation & Scheduling

Raises available to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shift selection is self-directed via online scheduler. Minimum 15 hours per week.
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online onboarding session
– Practice chats with simulated customers
– First live shift monitored by QA
– Paid work begins within 3–5 business days
Sample Shift
During a typical shift, you might assist customers resetting passwords, applying discount codes, and updating billing information—all via live chat using company-approved templates.
