Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their initial onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout their first 90 days of onboarding
  • Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on using the platform effectively
  • Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure long-term success
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM/Customer Success tools (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Spanish language proficiency is an asset
