Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to drive new patient growth and enhance patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high volume outbound calls to potential patients to introduce services and schedule visits
• Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new patient appointment targets while maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Proven sales experience in a call center or similar environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
