Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Moderate Bodily Injury Adjuster, remote (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements through various communication channels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in casualty claims
• Ability to perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret insurance policies
• Familiarity with negotiation processes in claims settlements
• Remote work capability with effective use of digital communication tools
• Knowledge of claims processes in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan is preferred
