Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant specializing in Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction with software and services
• Follow the Implementation Methodology to manage project timelines and interventions
• Guide clients in configuring software to meet business requirements and conduct tailored training sessions

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of software implementation experience
• Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred
• Professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) is an asset
• Comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies
