Nuclear Controls Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer 1 in the Nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support control projects, ensuring technical execution and project management
• Prepare control system specifications and interface with clients for project execution
• Evaluate vendor bids and ensure compliance with specifications during project implementation

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 10 or more years of experience in instrumentation and controls systems design
• Professional Engineering license is preferred
• Experience in serving as a client liaison in an engineering role
• Technically knowledgeable about available equipment and pre-engineered systems
