Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows, policies, and processes to enhance operations and increase non-agency mortgage production
• Collaborate with departments to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management, preferably in financial services or mortgage industries
• Experience collaborating across operational departments to implement solutions
• Documented experience with emerging technologies or operational tools
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage operations, particularly non-agency products
