Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Bank Branch Manager to assist in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mortgage Regional Manager in achieving production goals and operational excellence
• Recruit, interview, and train mortgage loan originators while managing employee performance
• Promote an effective sales environment through coaching and marketing material creation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and mortgage products/services
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Well-developed leadership skills
