Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to handle the processing of mortgage applications and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and close first and second mortgage applications in accordance with guidelines and regulations
  • Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and maintain high customer service
  • Manage underwriting conditions and ensure loan files meet compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in the mortgage industry
  • Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and mortgage processes
  • Active NMLS license and completion of required continuing education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan origination systems preferred
