A company is looking for a Senior Client Manager - New York Large Group (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of employer groups, collaborating with team members to address client service needs
• Lead annual service plan execution, renewal strategy, and long-term strategic planning
• Design innovative benefit strategies and contribute to client deliverables such as financial reporting and presentations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage, managing large employer groups (100-2000 lives)
• Strong command of large group plans and financial arrangements including fully insured and self-funded options
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and mentor junior colleagues
• Demonstrated success in building executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and Health Insurance License required
