A company is looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative (Must Be NM Residents only).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and conduct outreach regarding Medicaid
• Document call information and assist with re-certifying benefits
• Provide status updates on applications, benefits, and eligibility

Required Qualifications

• Must live in New Mexico
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
