New Jersey Licensed Educator Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Educator Support Specialist (Multiple Vacancies).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confidential telephonic support and counseling in alignment with AIDNJEA/RINGNEA mission
• Assess and respond to telephone service calls/requests according to established procedures
• Familiarize with educational associations and resources to assist callers effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, counseling, or a related field
• Two years of teaching or educational experience
• Additional related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree
• Completion of the UBHC internal training program is required
• Some counseling experience or training is preferred
