Network Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Support Analyst - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
• Support configuration and operation of network analytics tools for compliance
• Provide Tier 1 support for network incidents and escalate complex issues

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance or higher prior to start
• Undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or network monitoring
• Minimum 6 months of experience using network monitoring tools
