Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Support Analyst III responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco WAN/LAN network infrastructure and troubleshoot complex network issues
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network and system issues while ensuring network security and connectivity
• Monitor network performance and capacity, and document processes and configurations for systems and applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5 years of experience in IT network infrastructure with hands-on networking experience
• Working knowledge of SDWAN and proven experience with Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls
• Experience with VMWare virtual infrastructure and network management software like SolarWinds
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, L2/L3, DNS, and DHCP
