Network Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineering Specialist to monitor and manage network performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Network and OT Performance: Utilize network monitoring platforms to track performance and identify issues
• Investigate and Escalate Issues: Analyze alerts to determine root causes and escalate as necessary
• Manage Incident Response: Support incident response efforts and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or network monitoring
• Minimum 6 months using network monitoring tools
