Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Network Engineer (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators and lead troubleshooting for network functions
• Diagnose, resolve, and document network problems while performing root cause analysis
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship, and maintain site infrastructure and network connectivity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in routing, switching, and load balancing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly desirable
• Expertise with network systems, standards, and protocols including LAN, WAN, and MPLS
• Cloud networking experience, particularly with Azure
