Provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and consultation for Enterprise Collaboration tools and technologies
Support and administer a global multi-cluster Cisco unified communications environment, including UCCE and WxCC contact center environments
Engage in large-scale projects, perform maintenance activities, and interact with end-users to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Cisco UC/UCCE/WxCC, WxC environments
Experience troubleshooting UCCE/WxC/WxCC related issues and SIP CUBE issues
Understanding of TCP/IP, H323, and SIP protocols
Cisco CCNA Voice certification is a plus
Experience with call recording and reporting platforms is advantageous
