NDA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NDA Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDA) while ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements
• Manage multiple contract priorities and produce required NDA documents on time and with quality
• Communicate risks and explain NDA language to sales and business partners, and participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health care insurance with proficiency in business operations
• 2+ years of experience negotiating contract documents
• Ability to produce a high volume of documents under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated project management and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
