Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support providers through inbound calls, portal chats, and outreach
• Schedule prescription deliveries and ensure exceptional provider experiences
• Document interactions and ensure effective communication between providers and sales

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in patient or provider services in a medical environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm CST
• Must be 18 years of age or older
