Support the National Youth Action Council in a remote, part-time internship focused on reproductive freedom.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Work with the Youth Organizing Manager to lead the National Youth Action Council.
• Attend leader meetings and Action Council meetings.
• Recruit new members and host bi-weekly summer phonebanks or Impactive Power Hours.
• Help train National Youth Action Council Members.
• Attend summer festivals and tabling events.
• Manage the Youth Organizing Close Friends Page, including posting content and engaging members.
• Lead a final August event with the National Youth Action Council.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous grassroots or electoral organizing experience or a demonstrated interest in organizing.
• Experience organizing others to get involved in a cause.
• Enthusiasm for discussing reproductive rights.
• Interest in gaining professional experience in politics and organizing.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Commitment to diversity and alignment with organizational values.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation: $18.67/hour
• Fully remote position
• Part-time; 25 hours per week with flexible hours
Training & Development:
Gain insights into the reproductive freedom movement, grassroots organizing tactics, leadership, collaboration skills, and tools like VAN, Scale to Win, Slack, Impactive, and Control Shift.

Develop skills in grassroots organizing, leadership, and electoral campaigns, providing a foundation for future roles in political and advocacy organizations.
