Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Care (Weekends & Holidays) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual primary and episodic care to patients aged 18 months and older
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment using evidence-based guidelines
• Prescribe medications appropriately and educate patients on chronic condition management

Qualifications:

• Active FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) license with at least four state licenses
• Must include one of the following states: AZ, IL, CA, MO, MN
• Must also include three additional licenses from: AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, MO, MN, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA
• 2+ years of recent Nurse Practitioner experience
• Active BLS certification and must be COVID-19 vaccinated
