MSP Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Automation Engineer to drive operational and service efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy RPA workflows using platforms like Power Automate and Rewst
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
• Integrate automation workflows with MSP tools and troubleshoot any issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with RPA tools like Power Automate, Rewst, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
