Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III to manage loan applications and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in loan applications
• Obtain necessary documentation from internal departments and external organizations
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and other documentation to ensure adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to function independently within time constraints
