Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage loan files in compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines
• Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and gather necessary documentation
• Coordinate the closing and funding of loan packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of relevant work experience, preferably in loan processing and closing activities
• Thorough knowledge of loan processing and closing policies and practices
• Basic knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
• Previous mortgage closing experience
