Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Call Center Representative (Temp-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a call center environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues using an advanced telephony system
• Accurately track and document all communications with customers while achieving performance goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
• Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
