Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to achieving annual renewal bookings and migration targets
• Acts as the main contact for perpetual customer accounts regarding renewals and migrations
• Participates in upsell opportunities and manages customer relationships effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technology company
• Knowledge of SaaS and CRM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience working with Fortune 100 clients is a plus
