Mid-Level Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Data Scientist / Quant - Risk & Trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature engineering and model tuning for pricing and exposure models
• Train, validate, and deploy predictive models for forecasting performance and volatility
• Build dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning tools
• Familiarity with sports data and fantasy/sportsbook market economics
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker, or similar analytics stacks is a plus
• Willingness to adjust work hours around major sports events
