Michigan Licensed Care Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the care management team and oversee care management documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the care management team based on regulatory requirements
• Monitor care management processes, including escalations and complex cases, and provide guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of related experience in care management or healthcare leadership
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Experience with long-term services support (LTSS) and dual eligibility special needs plans (DSNP) is preferred
• Experience in onboarding, hiring, and training care management team members
